Create a reservation

How far in advance should I reserve a car?

At National, we do everything possible to have a car always available for you. Still, the farther in advance you reserve, the better our chances of providing you with the car class you desire. Especially for 7- to 9-person busses, it is recommended to reserve as far as possible in advance.

Can I also make a reservation for outside the Netherlands?

Currently that's not possible via this site. For reservations outside the Netherlands, please contact: 0800 - NATIONAL (0800 - 6284 66 25).

Will I receive confirmation of my reservation?

Once you have filled in all the information, you can give final approval for the reservation. You will then receive confirmation that your reservation has been made.

How can I change / cancel my reservation?

Please contact out Call Center : 0900 – 0540 (€ 0,10 p/m). 

Does it cost money to cancel a reservation?

No, you can cancel a reservation at no cost.

How can I extend a rental that has already started?

Please contact out Call Center : 0900 – 0540 (€ 0,10 p/m). 

How long is a rental day?

A standard rental day is 24 hours. If the car is returned after the agreed time, the extra hours will be charged.
