What should I do in case of damage or a breakdown?

In case of damage or breakdown during the rental period through no fault of yours, Europcar Autoverhuur ensures that the car in the Netherlands will be repaired free of charge within 4 hours. Is recovery unfortunately not possible, then will Europcar offer you alternative transport free of charge.
